Spring break is just a around the corner; we're at the halfway point in the semester, which means we're also halfway through our program.
To encourage our first all-mentor/mentee dialog, we'd like for you to comment on how you think things are going. Don't just give us the good because we'd like to know what can be done to improve upon the pilot program.
Just make sure it's about the program in general and not specific to the relationship with your mentor or mentee (we're not fans of airing dirty laundry).
I hope those of you able to enjoy the next week off from your studies have a relaxing Spring Break. Perhaps some of you will be meeting up over the next week or applying your discussions at some informational or position interviews. We'd love to hear how things are going!
